Flame naval location

Q:Dear Rinpoche, you have taught the Om Ah Hung recitation with breathing before. Can you advise if you are suppose to hold the ''A'' as a little flame at the naval or below the naval? Thanks

A: Wherever is your naval, that is where you should visualize it; wherever is the center of your naval, that is where you should visualize it.
